Furniturefix: fix your website and customer service reps

Ordered panels to go under couch cushions for support. Once order is place, they continue to try to get you to order other things, with a high shipping and handling charge. When I tried to edit on last page, you couldn't. So I clicked the back button, but the website read, time was expired. So I placed the order again, interesting that there were cheaper prices the 2nd time around. Once ordered I realized that the order was submitted the 1st and 2nd time too. Called to cancel 1st order, rude employee said I would have to call Monday when they have order. I asked if she could take the info, but she couldn't. She said I should have ordered on the phone and not through website.
