I received a call today from a company claiming that their client – bmg payday is suing me for "check fraud against a financial institution" and they wanted to transfer me to their legal department. I had a 10 million dollar ticket they called me and ask me do i have the ticket i said yes they told me to tell them the numbers thats on the ticket i did and then they ask for my social security number and a credit card and said they will be taking taxes off.

unpaid debt

I've recieved calls from three different debt recovery businesses, they are interchex systems (Will be refferred to as is) , greenberg wies & associates (Gwa) , and yesterday from cis. I recently pulled my credit report and as I was reviewing it I came across a collection for 158.00. from national credit debt collector for a company called bmg music I called them and told them i have never ordered anything from this company. They told me it was from 1995!!! Are you serious they waited 15... Read more➤

Misleading people, non-fulfillment of obligations.

I will borrow LLC Extra Credit (Bino.com) within the terms specified in the agreement and will settle your obligations (without extensions, without delays). After making payments, checking the debts (entering your profile), the company's employees, both by phone and by chat, claim that there is no obligation and will update the information within one business day, however. I contacted 4 times in 11 days, however, the amount of debts in the profile is growing every day. Employees will refuse to provide information about what should be done so that I receive a statement of non-debt. The promise of one working day for deletion of collisions is still not received. After persistent calls I received an e-mail, that there is currently no commitment. However, I insist that: 1) The information in the system be updated (my profile does not show any crashes); 2) I would like to receive the promised confirmation sms about the cancellation of obligations; 3) I would like to receive an official, signed document (statement) stating that I have no debt to LLC Extra Credit (bino.com). I believe the company is deliberately misleading our customers.
