Old Dirty Van, Old Dirty Driver–Horrible Experience
The van smelled and was absolutely filthy. The van arrived incredibly late, and not only was no apology offered but the driver was very rude and angry. An absolute horrible experience from beginning to end. Sandia Shuttle has you wait for pick up outside with no shelter offered in the dead of winter, and than driver shows up 40 minutes after they were scheduled. I attempted to call the office to find out why shuttle was late and was put on hold for an extended period, and could not reach a person. When I finally did connect Holley yelled at me, and told me in an angry disgusted voice to just wait. What a disaster. The ride is not inexpensive, yet it looks like they have been using the same van since 1982 and the last had it cleaned in November of 2000. And the customer service is the pits. It seems all the employees hate their jobs, or at least hate there customers.
