I have had many issues with the bank but keep on working with them as I can’t go to smaller banks because of my business and the relationships with clients that entail banking with major banks. What about other major banks? Not sure they are better… So, last issue I had was with their online banking, something they advertised extensively. I cannot perform a simple business account transaction, either with depositing or transferring money without submitting dozens of confirmations. They are ok with personal account, but go weird when dealing with business ones.
