I didn't even realize I used pissed consumer; I just googled customer service number for Zija. This is the second time I have called them but for different issues. The first time I got through to them without pissed consumer's help. The first time they treated me exactly the same as this experience, excellent! I didn't wait long on either call. They were able to help me accomplish what I needed. The first call, I didn't have my customer number and he helped me find it and put my order on hold - I love their product, but I forget to use it everyday. This time I called to order something because I was running out of the product. I feel bad that I used pissed consumer because I wasn't pissed, so hope this makes up for it because they are a great company!
