Update by user Jan 31, 2019 I was contacted by customer service and ask to remove my reviews. The company pretended to want to resolve the situation and not lose a customer. Once again, customer service fell off the face of the earth. I emailed the person and I was told that she was too busy to work on my case and to resend the information. I guess they really don't worry about losing customers. Original review posted by user Jan 01, 2019 I ordered OEM pool filters. In the Swim sent one OEM and 3 aftermarket filters at 50% less cost. In order to correct THEIR mistake, I needed to return the incorrect filters and absorb the cost at $83 I guess it was my incompetence dealing with a company that has no regard for customers.
