After having the Samsung a10e, I received a message saying that my internet would be restricted until it was activated. I have also found out that if you somehow forget to pay the phone bill, it will restrict you AGAIN until you pay it. I hate this company. User's recommendation: NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG!!
