Wrong state

I ordered a generator from Home Depot. I live in Michigan. The generator originally started in Tennessee. Directly south of me. It made it to Louisville, Kentucky, where someone "put it on the wrong truck", and my generator went all the way to California! Week and a half later and still no generator. But it is finally sitting and their warehouse 5 minutes away. All I've gotten is a we're sorry.
