Havoline has been changing my oil for over 3 years now with my current vehicle. Today, I went in for my routine oil change, and by today being Wednesday, I usually pay $19.99 plus tax for my service. (Ladies Day) Today I was told oh no, we cant perform your service for $19.99 because of your vehicle year, your car REQUIRES a different type of oil. Ummm..... you've been doing the exact same oil change for three years, NOW you tell me that you've been using WRONG oil! I really don't mind paying a little more for my service, because I have to have it done. However, I'm thinking that I've been dealing with a good company, never had an issue before, and to find out that the whole time my car has not been getting the correct type of oil from the so called PROFEESSIONALS. Like I said, I do not mind paying a little more, but I WILL NOT pay it to them.
