Wrong address on file

When I made my boxycharm account I had put my address as "1221, 3rd w street Los Angeles California 90017. But now you have shipped my boxycharm box to New York. This is not the right thing. I have no idea why have you out my address to New York. I don't even live there. That's not my address at all. Please help or initiate my refund.
