Booked tickets that got canceled due to COVID lock downs and was told i could use the $850 as a credit towards future flights within the year. Attempted to book a flight $750 and was told that i needed to pay an additional $150 for processing fees. Now they will not answer emails or phone calls. DO NOT USE! User's recommendation: DO NOT USE, GO ELSEWHERE.
