It took me over 2 weeks, being placed on hold for literally hours to speak with someone, speaking with 17 different people, and about 15 hours on the phone to get my prescription for my chronic serious heath condition. People would promise to call me back and never call be back. I was told the matter was resolved and the meds would be shipped, the meds would never ship. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST SPECIALITY PHARMACY that I have ever dealt with and there have been many. I can't imagine they don't have major liability issues in not getting meds to their patients in a timely manner. They are absolutely deplorable and most of the customer service reps take no responsibility or accountability for their actions. If I could give negative stars I would. User's recommendation: DONT USE CVS SPECIALTY PHARMACY.
