Bought a camper cover. Arrived with hole in it. Blamed on overtightening. Three weeks later tensioning strap pulls out causing tarp to blow in forty mile winds. Rips *** My fault because it was undertightened i am told. Manager had the audacity to but that in an email. Was not even man enough to call. Would recomnend strongly to do business elsewhere or jyst burn your money. Worst business practices i have ever experinced. Do not believe i have pictures and emails am willing to show. Very disgusting business practices. Never want to see or hear from them.
