Ordered a pool opening kit supposed to ship one day 5 days later after 10 calls one being on the phone for 30 minutes no answer finally I get a hold of them after 35 minutes on a Saturday my order was still pending mind you it was supposed to ship one day lady tells me I can't credit it because it's pending email their customer service never got a response in this company sits there and says they have dedicated employees and dedicated customer service what a bunch of BS I will never order anything from this company again
