Won’t reply and never received

Placed an order that they never shipped. I got a confirmation and my card was charged right away but no one will reply to me about where my order is. The good news is that I can dispute the charges. I will be reporting them as a scam to the BBB. Save your money or you will be doing the same as me. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY.
