I ordered a pair of shoes from nasty gal. They shipped it on june 18, according to the usps tracking info. There was no update to the usps tracking info for a week. On june 24, they processed my 'return'. Except, I never received my order in the first place, so how could I return it? I contacted them twice and received two prompt but extremely unhelpful replies, offering no explanation as to why this occurred. Will not shop at again. Too bad for them, I spend a lot of money on clothes.
