WHY JUST WHY

how the *** do you expect anyone to *** use this piece of garbage nasal spray if no one and i mean NO ONE can get this *** open?????? i’ve been trying for an HOUR and this thing is still tightly shut like what do you think kids are gonna do if they can get into this thing??? use it for their cold??? cause no one is gonna be able to use this *** ever so thanks for helping me waste $10
