i placed and order over 2 weeks ago and i just got it today. after the first week i called to check on my order so they told me that some items were back ordered. They never called me, email me, not a word from them to let me know, they were just gonna ship my order whenever they decided to restock what i had ordered. The lady i tallked to said she would call me back and never did, so i called her again the next day and she informed me that they got in the back ordered items and that my order would ship that day. i just got the order from UPS today to find that 2 of the items that i specifically asked about (because i needed them 3 days earlier) and was assured that were shipping out that day were still marked as back ordered. so now its been another week and i still dont have the tools that i needed a week ago and the whole reason that i placed the order in the first place. On top of that of the 3 identical brand items 2 were genuine Crawford/ Prat Bernard and the 3rd was some chinese POS with a super cheesy engraving of "Crawford" on it. So they charged me made in Brittian prices for chinese junk that i could have gotten off of ebay of a 1/10 of the price
