Susan a SUPERVISIR blamed President Trump for the mail being slow....really? What supervisor says that.......Covid would have been a better rationale......unbelievable! She slso said 4 to 6 weeks and it is clear on my papereork. It says 3 to 6 weeks...she did not know that and is a supervisor! User's recommendation: Good luck.
