For reasons I don't understand I got an email (unable to respond or report) that says my order was cancelled because they didn't get paid. PayPal paid them! I can't reach anyone to resolve this. Only chat is available online or by phone...I have no way of sending verification information! Unbelievable customer support. I'm not looking to search for an issue. I have one and need to resolve it with the company, not some damned database. {{redacted}}
