Weinbergers Furniture poor customer service

I would not deal with this company under any circumstances. I was originally informed that my order would be delivered in 8 weeks. Once it had been ten weeks since placing the order, I called to ask for an update, and was told the only person who could give me that information was not there. The next morning I received a voice mail saying the furniture had arrived (odd that I had to contact the store to get this information, rather than them contacting me). I called to schedule the delivery, and again, only one person could schedule deliveries, and she was on the other line, but would call me back. After not hearing from her for a day, I called, and this "only person" who could schedule it had gone home unexpectedly. I spoke with the manager, and even he could not schedule the delivery. Apparently this company has a single point of failure for every transaction, and has no interest in following up with customers. Again, I would not recommend dealing with them.
