Website is always down?
I work in state government and our life insurance is through Metlife. I need to update a beneficiary address and every time I try to logon to my account via their website there is always a boatload of issues. First of all, despite using the correct username and password, their website always tells me it's incorrect and I end up having to change the password yet again. I know the original password I'm using is correct because when I go to change my password it won't let me "update" it to what is my actual password. Secondly, once I actually get on their website I don't get far because it's always having "technical difficulties." A few months ago, a month ago, and still today. I just made another attempt to logon and this time - all of a sudden after months - it allows me to logon but says my password has expired AFTER CHANGING IT 15 MINUTES AGO. Metlife, your website is a POS.
