Website drove me insane

Amtrak's website for reservations used to be pretty straightforward but today I drove myself to insanity trying to make it work for me. After many attempts to secure a reservation I gave up and called their 800 number. It was a bit of a wait but MUCH easier and got it done in about 7 minutes with a friendly operator. FIX YOUR WEBSITE AMTRAK! IT'S AWFUL!
