Original review posted by user Aug 06, 2019 My husband and I purchased a Sealy Firm Pillowtop mattress from Mattress Warehouse in Delaware this past February of 2019. This is August 6, 2019. The mattress has a defect. There is a bump all the way down the mattress and it is very difficult for us to turn over. We actually roll towards the edge. We are both experiencing discomfort when we wake up in the morning. We have never had any problems like this after purchasing mattresses in all the 41 years we've been married and our mattresses have lasted many years! We contacted customer service, they sent an inspector to our house and this is the email we recieved! August 6, 2019 Dear Customer, Third party inspection company has submitted the report regarding your inspection for your Confident Cushion Firm Queen Size Set Per the report there were no warrantable defects found in your mattress or foundation at this time. o The Manufacturer’s warranty guidelines state that normal body impressions of 1 ½” or less are excluded under the warranty. o Firmness level (comfort preference) is not a warrantable defect. Normal changes in softness and recovery time in the latex and mem excluded. o The mattress fabric is excluded (ie. Bunching, stitching or tears). Please keep in mind that your warranty is provided to you by your Mattress Warehouse adheres strictly to the Manufac disputes regarding the outcome of your inspection, you may contact your manufacturer Sealy directly at 1-80*-697-****. Thank you, Warranty Department Mattress Warehouse, Inc. Do yourself a favor and dont buy a mattress from any Mattress Warehouse....they are rip offs. But we're not finished with this incident. I will tell the world about this purchase!!!!!
