No refund for seat covers sent back within 30 days

seat covers purchased 7/22/20 I was not happy with them so I returned them. UPS verified there return on 9/17/2020 at 11:42 a.m. received Guteriez. Sent back my seat covers inside 30 days after 4 months still no credit card refund. I have sent emails with no response back. can’t reach anyone by phone number given 1-71--**.

I spent $48.85 to ship them back and now I have no refund and no seat covers. This is *** PORE customer service the worst I have ever had ordering anything online ! User’s recommendation: I don’t recommend carcoverusa.
