Warranty/ lack of repair made

Multiple calls service dept. customer service, OVER FLOW DEPT. multiple names of people from those dept. Really need to talk to someone without any accent an AMERICAN. All this over the course and of a YEAR !!!!!!!! Waiting on a part..... WE ARE FED UP NO NO REFRIGERATOR FOR A YEAR I HAVE THREE BOYS AND IM CONSTANTLY AT STORE OR EATING OUT NO WAY TO STORE MILK CHEESE MEATS ANYTHING IN A BROKEN REFRIGERATOR WE HAVE A 5 year extended warranty ... Im User's recommendation: DONT BUY FROM SEARS GARBAGE.
