I was told if I didnt use my warranty I would get my money back and now Gardner white wants to give me a gift card to the store. Telling someone they will get their money back and a gift card are not the same thing. Nowhere in any of my paperwork does it say Ill be issued a gift card. Eric whos been a manager for 3 months is totally useless and doesnt want to help customers and make things right because hes only been there for 3 months. Gardner white just scams people of their money and provides the *** customer service! I would give them less than half a star if it would let me. hopefully they go out of business next User's recommendation: Do not shop Gardner white.
