Six months ago I purchased a Desiderata print and ordered a frame to fit also from Fine Art America. It arrived in a frame to small that cut off the top and bottom of the print. I returned it and asked that it be re-framed in an appropriate size or send a refund. I received nothing, no refund and my further correspondence was never answered. Do not do business with this company, It is a scam. Now I know why the owner brags about how much money he has made. User's recommendation: Run away.
