I have been sitting in OP Surgery recovery for at least seven hours. I have been told that a patient room would be available. When I asked to use the bathroom for #2 I was told the nurse could take me to the next wing. This is unacceptable! On Friday January 19 it was agreed with Dr. Williams that I would be kept overnight. Three days is not enough time to reserve a bed? Up to now this hospital has been great—-May have saved my life. Now I have second thoughts about returning.
