Two Aquaguards RO/UV - Enhance are in use in our office and Residence. Yearly maintenance contract was signed for both instruments paying Rs.4650/=. Refer customer ID800007****. Contract Receipt no.829. IV. No 0211635. Dated 25/06/2019. After signing the AMI both Machines were attended only once a year instead of Three Services as per the Terms of Contract. User's recommendation: Never sign AMI. It is a trick to show sediments and change candle sticks.
