Very Poor customer service, on hold, switched another ddepartment, on hold again

I've been on the phone now for over an hour, still have not been connected to the correct department. Service went down 48 hours ago, after three phone calls, still no satisfaction, writing this while on hold again, so far this call alone, I have been on hold three different times while I'm being switched from one department to another. Two months I set up my account with Frontiers, just to set up the account it took over FOUR HOURS, SPREAD OVER TWO DAYS. They call themselves a communications company. I am forced to deal with Frontiers by my HOA. User's recommendation: All internet and cable companies are bad, total disregard for customer satisfaction.
