Very long wait time

I am currently waiting to connect to someone, they called earlier I answered but no response on the other end, thought spam till they left a message on my husband's phone.. I called and approximate wait time would be 9 minutes. Well I called at 2:40 pm and it's now 4:41 pm Arizona time. This is unacceptable. I am still on the phone waiting and my patience is being extremely tested.
