This year I couldn't use my supplemental eye wear plan at America's Best even I could last year. Never mind that I am on the same plan I was last year. Eye Med is no help what so ever. They won't honor the total care in the hand book. Coventry is not very organized. They don't show in the table of contents what page the supplemental eye wear coverage is This is located near the end of the booklet . I t took me a long time to find what page the coverage was on before I could prove to Coventry that I do have that plan. I had my eyes examined on October 4th and still have no purchased new lenses for my current prescription just because I have had so far no luck in finding any place that will accept this plan. The way this company operates is so unacceptable. Many employees through Coventry and Eye Med are incompetent, lazy, very poor communicators, don't know enough about the benefits and dishonest.
