I called several times and emailed them no answer. They have very bad customer services. I would not recommend this card to no one. They would not tell you how to redeem your card. This will be my first and last time getting one of those cards. No one to speak to if you questions or concerns about the card. They need to do better it's really don't make no sense. At this very moment I am still waiting for a response. I been waiting for almost 3 days. I will never get a card from them ever again. Good luck with whoever else want to get a gift card from them. I will get one from elsewhere. I never went through this problem in a business area.
