Upsetting experience

Location 527 completed an oil change and alignment and 30 minutes later I returned due to the oil cap missing and oil all over the the engine. Upon completing another oil change I asked if I can get a refund of the life time alignment and charged for a regular alignment the managers refused to assist me further.
