Failed to deliver Farmer Focus chicken to Main Street Market, Charlottesville, VA

Customer service rep was very nice, but Albert’s rigid policies exclude or make it difficult for small stores to keep in stock highly desirable perishable items, as in this case, Farmer Focus chicken.
