I've used this grooming service for a few years. The owner is always late and on 2 occasions cancelled at the last minute. I do not recommend this groomer. She is unprofessional and not dependable. There are plenty of dog groomers in business that you don't have to use an unprofessional company. I would gladly pay more for quality service. I will never use this company again. Buyer beware. Your animals deserve better care and attention. When you schedule an appointment the person you schedule the appointment with should be on time for your appointment and not text you ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
