I purchased a set of 4 paring knives from a kitchen store in Bellport NY. Just recently I started to use them. They are sharp and easy to handle . Unfortunately when they are washed water collects in the handles and doesnt dry. Ive had water run down the blade after a day of air drying. If its possible to replace them with a solid handle I would gladly accept. I dont want to take a chance that there may be bacteria growing in the handle.
