What a nightmare!!!

Silly me I subscribed to their service and was not up to speed on. Their website clearly states that if you stop using their service within a period of 24 hours, they will not charge you for a membership. I did what was needed and thought that everything was o. However, next month they charged mt again.... Read more➤
Tara is aggressive and unethical and has grossly breached a contract that had barely commenced when my cell phone calls were intercepted, people I had never met were contacted without my permission and several of those people received emails/texts asking what they thought of our business. Terrified that we had somehow stolen their identity while visiting our... Read more➤
The company Signpost Digital promised me leads and new customers. We agreed that I would pay, but they would provide 5 clients and leads per months. These guys failed and didn’t want to communicate with me now. They provided 4 leads per 3 months and zero clients. I asked them to return my money back, but I... Read more➤

Fraud

I would like to warn all goldfish users about very shameless and deliberate fraud. Why did you think Vodafone renewal denominations are higher than prepaid rates?! Everything is very simple - that is, Telstra simply removes the difference! The client doesn't understand for a long time what happens, why the balance disappears every month... In my case, it lasts for about 2 years! Of course, I noticed a loss of money every month and even went to see Telstra. There I was told that everything was in order - I just feel... Unpleasant, but what to do?! I settled for incomprehensible monthly losses (amounts were less than 1. 00 dollars). But last month I was on a business trip abroad. First of all, I was unpleasantly surprised when I stayed there without communication, although I topped up Vodafone for 20. 00 dollars before the flight. It turned outthat the phone had to be restarted (no one warned about it anywhere). But that's all stuff! Abroad, I spent a little over 10. 00 dollars... In Australia, everyone uses the tariff, I practically do not use the Internet on the phone, only in rare cases wifi. What a surprise when almost all the balance was gone! Of course, I turned to Telstra - the consultant is quite suspicious, I couldn't say anything meaningful, as if she doesn't have all the data about my spending and recommended to call Melbourne by info phone 1676. Ok! I called, I spent 0. 13 dollars (I'm not small, just to make the whole picture clear). A new surprise awaited me - listening to Telstra's advertisement and the operator's response, as reports on spending can only be ordered in person at Telstra and for a fee. Of course! Very smart move - send the customer back and forth, maybe I'll want to know where his money was left... Nothing, I'm patient - I wrote a complaint. I quote the answer of a Telstra employee: “hello, marina! Upon return from…, your room balance was 9. 91 AUD. The whole balance was used due to the fact that the internet is used from the room every day and the daily price of 0. 36 AU$‎ is calculated for it. I understand that you did not use the mobile Internet on purpose, as the amount spent is very small, but the phone device itself can connect to the Internet and use the amount of data when the phone manufacturer sends a request to upgrade the application. Your phone may have some applications installed that require data transmission. These applications can connect to the Internet for their operation even when mobile data access is turned off in the phone settings. Such applications can be gps navigation, geo-location and the like. GPS navigation and geolocation consume data even if the application itself is not used intensively, but is turned on in the phone settings. I also ask you to check that background data is turned off in your phone settings, which can also consume data even when access to mobile data is turned off in phone settings. ”In short - everything is in order! For Telstra, of course, everything is fine! But customers who are not warned about such moves at all do not think everything! I believe that Telstra deliberately omits this information and thus misleads, deceives customers! As I wrote, I usually use wifi and all application update offers are transparent on each connection, gps and geo are not installed at all... The weather forecast will only update on connection. I, of course,I will still consult a specialist, but that goldfish fairy tale seems to me unlikely. A very good way to earn money at the expense of customers alone! Be careful! Don't be fooled!
