Oncor is overpriced and not customer focused. You dont lie to people who pay your car notes and mortgages! We have been without power for over 27 hours! The children are cold we are cold and you shut off your phones give minimal updates. Its seems like the EXTENDED PLANNED outages affected only lower and middle class neighborhoods
