I am requesting a contact in order to serve a subpoena for small claims court. There were charges made on my credit card for the past 4 months in the amounts of $33.25 per month. I did not authorize these. I have tried resolving this issue with your customer service department with no avail. I am now going to sue Cirkul for the charges, interest charges, and all associated legal fees. Non-compliance will result in police intervention of theft.
