Unable to find anywhere to apply credit when ordering

Ordered a grill cover and I thought it would be paid from credit owed to me so it should not be charged to my Amazon card. Please help me with this matter User's recommendation: make sure you can talk with a customer service person instead of getting emails and voice messages.
