Dead simple we ordered a bed months ago and then decided we didn't want that model shortly afterwards. We decided to cancel and re-order the bed we wanted, but we have been unable to contact them in any form to do so. they have told us the bed is still being delivered even after we have contacted them loads of times via email as that is the only way to contact them. However, they don't answer those as well the call lines never answer. They have taken the money and said they will deliver so are basically ignoring all the calls/emails to cancel from 2 weeks after we ordered on May 19th and still plan to deliver a bed we don't want!!!!!avoid this company. User's recommendation: avoid like the plague.
