Hello there ! I recently went to Deerbrook mall in humble tx. I stopped to make my baby’s 1st build a bear. First, the employee was really ugly to us, NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL !!! She had an attitude and did not make my babys moment fun AT ALL !!! She looked mad and did not treated us welcome. Also, she was only guna make 3 knots, my husband told her its suppoused to be 6-8 bc we watched UNDERCOVER BOSS. She wasnt happy about what my husband said. Plus she knotted the pikachu all ugly and uneven. Veryyyyy disappointing. WE R NEVER GOING BACK TO BAB !!!!
