Paid the car off the second week of January, was told title would be mailed within 30 days. Received a letter 3 weeks later stating there was a small amount left on my account. Called and was told they forgot to add a 21.00 processing fee. Paid that and was told the title would come in 7 to 10 days. No title after two weeks so i called and they said they just closed the account and there is a 21 day audit period. I was never told that in previous conversations. I asked for a fax of a lien release letter they said they would fax in 24 to 48 hours, still waiting 4 buisness days later. Im to the point im wondering what is going on and if the next call should be a lawyer.
