Towmaxx made an agreement with Margate Village Condo Association and is using this agreement to hijack senior citizens for $150 if they have guests. I have visited my parents twice. The first time, I got towed for visiting after 11 without a guest pass on a Saturday night. The seconde time, I had a guest pass and they have towed my car anyway. They make a living raping visitors or senior residents who have temporarily parked their car in a non-parking zone so they can carry up their groceries. Caught in the act, consumers have begged them not to tow and they do it anyway. Residents were not formally notified that guests were going to be forced to affix parking stickers to visit parents and friends. The result is $150 towing service. They have towed me twice in the last month and tonight my car had a guest pass affixed to the window per their new draconian rules and they stole my car anyway and do not answer phone so they can get you for an extra $30 in storage costs.
