I've used loreal for years. Have never had such frustration as this . I live in the country. Shop every 6 weeks. Brought the hair dye home. All numbers do not match the instructions that are useless!!!! Ive tried many phone numbers for help and get directed to, transfers again and again!!! No help! I get "We are training/try again." Give me a Break!!!!! You've been on the market for how many years and you can't help me. DONE and PISSED OFF at your service. Will NEVER buy your product again. I havea product that has a mistake in the instructions and you have NO SUPPORT for me. Please reply if you have any concern for a customer like me that is dealing with your mistake.
