Too bad alignments and a remarkably poor service attitude

The store in Marlborough where I have been going for over a decade in the past couple of months got a different alignment tech and a new manager. On 11/8/2018 I had a 4 series of four or five events in a mere 15 minutes from the most unprofessional manager I have seen in any store. (Lots of details if someone wants to know.) On my car only two components can be adjusted, the camber and the toe. I specifically told him that the camber was way off and that's what I was there for. I got the car back with zero changes to the camber. They didn't say a word - if I had not carefully read the alignment report I would not have realized. I took it up with the manager and was informed that the alignment machine had a broken pin and could not adjust camber at that time. Why did they take my car and take my money then? After a very poor response and he finally said "yeah you can come back and we'll take care of that". On 11/18/2018 I returned and was told that they do not ever align the camber on my car they never have and then it's not a standard adjustment. I have a Saab 9000 with standard adjustable cams in the struts. The alignment text said he had never ever and would not ever do that adjustment on a Saab. I explained it in the records they will see this is been done for years there. this one back and forth for several more minutes and the two are very unprofessional although nobody was yelling. But that is all I can say for them. The manager finally looked it up in their corporate shop manual and found out that he was wrong. They still refused to make the adjustment they have been paid for. I've now wasted 6 hours and $100 and I have to start all over again. But the most intolerable part was how adamant arrogant and rude they were and very uninterested and serving a customer. I softly spoken and gently persistent for only a few minutes. I am disgusted with that store now after all these years of excellent service under several other managers.
