I just found out that Tidewater controls our money. I live in Hickory Ridge. Tidewater is the nasty company I have ever known. They have taken over the money we paid. At our last meeting we ask our tresurer what was in the account. That's when she informs us, that Scott (who works for Tidewater) takes care of our money. She could not tell us now much money we had. At our next meeting I am going to ask for a independant audit on the money. Tidewater company are really a group of mean people. I never knew my assoc was so controled by Tidewater. They have taken over our assocations. I feel that the way Tidewater demandeds my money, I am going to demanded to know where MY money went.
