They wont tell you who to take units to repair and all manuals are in spanish or some foreign language

This organization is not creditable

We had heating problem with Gen 3 I spoke with rep who advised purchasing heating elements, which we did. This did not fix the problem. I requested procedure to return, they would not. This cost me $75. plus freight. Hey you really want to put this organization of you buy list!!! Not on your life.
